The columns(upright rack forming machine) of commercially available heavy goods shelving(heavy-duty shelf system roll forming machine) are basically the same in cross-sectional shape(cross bracing roll forming machine) but differ in thickness. The front of the column has two rows of fan-shaped holes for hanging beams. On both sides of the column there are four rows of round holes, two of which are for tie rods. One technical parameter to bear in mind here is that the distance between the adjacent sector holes on the front of the column is generally set at 75 mm, which is used to adjust the spacing between each shelf level.
There are many different column cross-section shapes and hole types for heavy duty shelving, including diamond-shaped holes, inverted eight holes, butterfly holes, etc. Common sizes are 90 * 70 * 1.8, 90 * 70 * 2.0, 90 * 70 * 2.3, 110 * 70 * 2.3, 110 * 70 * 2.5. Although the warehouse shelf industry (warehouse shelf forming machine) does not specify which hole type must be used, the diamond-shaped hole can be used to strengthen the column clamp, effectively avoiding shelf shaking and making the shelf more stable, and is currently the mainstream of the shelf industry column hole type(upright rack rollformer).
